... Yagub Azad oglu Mayilov who was a father of Zarifa khanum had been an active man of an average height with an athletic body, care taking, kind, deeply thinking, with the supreme ability of organizer and capable to evaluate people properly.

After considering for a while he made his decision to become a relative of the outcomer of the seyids’ hearth with a deep history and stepping through the hard and unsuspecious tests, bringing up unusual personalities during its five hundred years long genealogical duration and built a family life with a daughter of seyid Miskin named Bilgeyis. Since the first day he was truely following rules of seyids properly. Stepping through all life difficulties shoulder to shoulder with Bilgeyis khanum they brought up their six children. He always achieved successes at enterprises where he had been employed.

Yagub was tied to the seyids’ hearth with all his existence. From one side for his beloved woman Bilgeyis khanum’s being an outcomer of this hearth, and from the other side for his witnessing with his own eyes the power of this hearth, its saintness. For their long married life there had never been any quarrel between them and they always mentioned each other’s name with respect and admire.

Though after their leaving the native land like all other forced refugees Zarifa khanum never allowed him to suffer from anything but nevertheless the dull feeling for the native land had influenced upon him. He had changed his world in May 20, 1998 with a healthy body in the village of Molla Jalilly of the Khanlar region.
